Posture is not optional.

After you were born, it took you almost a year to learn posture and how to use your core. You mastered movement and every physical challenge was exciting to you. You never ran out of energy and you recovered fast.

All was good until learning in school began to progress you in society, which is important, but as a result of this you lost that connection you built with your body. You forgot posture and disconnected yourself from your core.

Most adults or even young kids struggle to maintain good posture. If you are one of them, revisit your fitness goals and make this one a priority as all systems of the body depend on posture and core.

We need to be in line with the laws and forces of the universe to feel aligned and stay healthy.

Let's pass good posture and habits to the next generation.

Posture is not optional.
